நண்பர்களே,
சில நாட்கள் முன்பு ஒரு மின்னஞ்சல் தொடரில் இந்த டியூஷன் பற்றி ஒரு சிறு சிந்தனை பரிமாற்றம் நடை பெற்றது, அதை தொடர்ந்து இந்த பதிவு. நம்ம ஊரு டியூஷன் ஒரு விசேஷமான சமாசாரம். இந்த டியூஷன் என்பது ஆரம்ப பள்ளி முதல் கல்லூரி வரை தொடர்கிறது. மேலும் நுழைவு தேர்வுகள் சார்ந்த வகுப்புகள். சற்றே சிந்தித்து பார்க்கையில் ( என் கருத்து ) இந்த டியூஷன் ஒரு விதமான வளர்ந்த குழந்தைகள் காப்பகம்.
நான் படித்த ( சென்றும் படிக்காத ) டியூஷன்அனைத்தும் ஒரு ஜாலியான அனுபவம். நான் ஒன்பதாவது வகுப்பில் படிக்கும் சமயம் ஒரு நாள் திடீரென்று நான் கணக்கில் வீக் என்று குடும்ப மக்கள் முடிவு செய்தனர். எதனால் வீக் என்று ஆராய்ச்சி எல்லாம் நடந்த்து. வழக்கம் போல் Cricket, கதை புத்தகம் படித்தல் போன்ற அணைத்து காரணங்கள் கண்டுபிடிக்கப்பட்டு பின்னர் டியூஷன் தான் இவன் கணக்கு குறைகளை போக்கும் என முடிவு எடுக்கப்பட்டு என் டியூஷன் நாட்கள் தொடங்கின. ராஜகோபாலன் சார் வீட்டில் கணக்கு டியூஷன் ஆரம்பித்தது இது ஒரு விசேஷமான இடம். அவருக்கு எங்கள் குடும்பம் முழுவதும் தெரியும் இது பல இன்னல்களை விளைவித்தது. நான் டியூஷன் கட் அடித்தது, OP அடித்தது எல்லாம தெரிய வந்திடும். வழக்கமான திட்டுகள், வாழ்த்துக்கள் இதனுடன் எனது டியூஷன் தொடர்ந்தது. இந்த சமயம் எனது டியூஷன் நட்பு சங்கலி வளர ஆரம்பித்தது. நான் மற்றும் சுரேஷ், துரைசுவாமி மற்றும் ஒரு சிறைய குழு கணக்கு டியூஷன் போனது ஒரு மறக்க முடியாத அனுபவம். அதே சமயம் டியூஷன் போகும் வழியில் ஒரு வீட்டில் ஜன்னல் வழியாக VCR படம் பார்க்கும் வாய்ப்புகள் மற்றும் டியூஷன் நண்பர்கள் இது எல்லாம் ஒரு பெரிய பொழுது போக்காக மாறியது. நான் கணக்கு படித்தது ரொம்ப குறைந்த நேரம் அனால் இதர கேளிக்கைகளில் செலவு செய்த நேரம் ஏராளம். இந்த நாட்களில் நடந்த ஒரு சம்பவம், ஒரு நாள் நான், சுரேஷ் மற்றும் துரைசுவாமி ஒரு Cycle'இல் triples சென்றோம். பக்கத்தில் உள்ள B-8 Police துணை ஆய்வாளர் எங்களை பிடித்து விட்டார். நங்கள் சென்ற வாடகை சைக்கிள் காபந்து செய்ய பட்டது .

சிவா பதில்கள்
நண்பர் கிவியனின் கேள்விகள் மற்றும் எனது பதில்களும்
1. சமீபத்தில் எப்போது மன்னிப்பு (sorry) கேட்டாய்? இல்லை கேட்டிருக்கலாம் என்று பின்பு தோன்றிய சம்பவம்?
தினமும் ஏதாவது காரணத்திற்கு யாரிடமாவது மன்னிப்பு கேட்பது இயற்கை. இதை கணக்கு எல்லாம் வைப்பதில்லை.
2. தேர்தலில் ஓட்டு போட்டது உண்டா? இல்லை என்றால் ஏன் போடவில்லை என்று விளக்க முடியுமா? அப்படி ஓட்டு போடாத போது தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட அரசாங்கத்தை நீங்கள் விமர்சிப்பது சரியா?
அமெரிக்காவில் சென்ற நான்கு ஆண்டுகளாக ஒட்டு போட்டதுண்டு, அனால் இந்தியாவில் ஒரு முறை கூட போட்டதில்லை. ஒரு முறை முயற்சி செய்தேன் அனால் வேறு யாரோ போட்டுவிட்டார்கள்.
3. கடவுள் நம்பிக்கை உண்டா?
வெகு காலமாக இந்த கேள்விக்கு எனக்கு நானே பதில் தேடுகிறேன், ஆனால் பதில் கிட்டவில்லை. அடி மனதில் Darwin VS கடவுள் விவாதங்கள் வந்ததுண்டு. அதே மனதில் பரிட்சைகளுக்கு முன்பு கடவுள் உதவுவார் போன்ற நம்பிக்கையும் வந்ததுண்டு.
4. வழகத்திகலிருந்து மாறுபட்டு எப்போதாவது எதையாவது புதிதாக முயற்சித்தது உண்டா?
இந்த கேள்விகள் பதில் எழுதுவது எனது மிக சமீபத்து புது முயற்சி
5. சமீபத்தில் எதாவது விளையாட்டில் (வீட்டுக்கு வெளியே) ஈடுபட்டது உண்டா? இல்லை என்றால் ஏன் விளையாட தோண்றவில்லை என்று யோசித்தது உண்டா?
நான் தினமும் வாகனம் ஓட்டுவதே ஒரு விளையாட்டு. மற்றவர்கள் இதை வேறு மாதிரி வர்ணிக்கலாம்.
6. கடைசியாக அழுதது எப்போது இல்லை மனம்விட்டு சிரித்தது??
அழுதது - எனது தந்தையின் பிரிவினை அறிந்த நேரத்தில்.
சிரித்தது - சமிபத்தில் ( Youtube மூலமாக) பார்த்த நகைச்சுவை துனுக்ககள்
7. என்ன புத்தகம் படித்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறீர்கள், இல்லை கடைசியாக படித்தது (பேப்பர்னு சொல்ல கூடாது)??

Welcome to newest members (Lakshmanan and Satyaraj). So in the interest of kick starting things thought will post an interesting TVSHSS anectode.
It was one of those days in 10th and we had the usual school inspections. One of those Eductaiton officer types coming to various classes. Mahadevan was our 10th grade Math/English teacher who was all uptight about this class inspection. He proceeds to teach (with the inspector) in the class about geometry in his normal style. I saw the insepector dude literally sleeping and in the end he asked I think it was Ramanathan an obscure question about the formula for calculating the volume of a sphere etc. I still remember the exasperation on Mahadevan's face when he looked at the Inspector dude literally nodding off..
The inspections were always fun, the TVSHSS scout band will always play the band and we used to have one of those special prayers (the longer ones) including "Thought of the week", News reading etc. Well there was this full song abou TVS Sundaram Iyengar family and virtues. More on that later..

Nanbargale Nalama
2009 has started hope all of you are doing well. Here in the US we are swamped with an uncertain economy, recession and more importantly Obamania. Looks like he could do no wrong at the moment. Only time will tell.

VTN - What an approrpriate name
VTN what a name for the blog. This is one person who profoundly affected a number of us. I still remember my arguments with him and one in particular for which he ostarcized me for the rest of my high-school life. I still remember it was in the 9th grade and he used to teach us some portions of English and in passing he commented about Medical reps getting bonuses etc and how other professions are not so lucky. I in my infinite wisdom took him to task by asking him so what happens to tutoring stuff teachers do and is that not a form of bonus, I still remember him yelling at me with 1001 reasons that is different about teaching.
The next year he taught us Science and he used to constantly needle me and I used to give it right back. I did reasonably well in class so he couldn't really do anything much more. I also provoked him on a whim by asking too many questions knowing the answers and he knew that too. He even told me I would do really poor in the 10th state exams because success needed different talents.. The exams came and went and I made it a point to tell him that he was wrong and I did quite well and also told him how lousy his teaching was.
Hmm things were never the same after that.
