Oh Yes! I do remember you very well, not as a college/school mate, but as a best friend! How can I forget those golden days! Let me prove this by surprising you a bit!! If you recall that you were telling about your son’s birth and I was asking about his name. You said “Anutham” and since that day it went into my mind firmly, as the name is unique! Am I right?

How is your family and life, in general?

I have two daughters. We call them Tanya (8yrs) and Harshitha (2yrs) and we are in S’pore for about 8 yrs as of now. Earlier we were in Montreal , Canada .

Where is your brother and sister now? Where are your parents? Whenever I cross the over-bridge near your place in Madurai (on by-pass road), my mind quickly alerts me on all the incidents! I remember, long back, when I was in IISc, your sister was in NZ. Well, memories seem to die hard! I do remember all the fun stuff we had during our schooling and college days for sure.

It is so nice of you to flash me an email and be in touch. I shall keep in touch with you regularly hereafter. Send in pictures of your family folks.

Yes, now I am into research and teaching in NUS. Since January 1st 2005, I got my job tenured and working as an Associate Professor.

To you ALL:
Yes, VTN, the naughty thatha (kinda of Randy boy and a play boy too sometimes!) was undoubtedly at his pinnacle during our school days, and he went crazy in every episode with dazzling Subu! I also would like to help you recollecting some other memories, probably living with me till now - Ebinesar and Prabha!! (Dhoodaaa....ada ammaaa....Ellam nyabagam vandhaachaa epo!?) Remember that Mahadevan - the slapper, often pretends as a hero - removes ceremoniously his watch before slapping, gives hell lot of warning signals like a hurricane before he slaps!! And one more personality (I forgot his name) - the shorty - the Math guy, who used to jump few feet from ground level to slap, as his height continued to strike to his disadvantage! Somehow he manages to pump himself up the ground when he goes mad and he enjoys slapping for not getting a simple algebra! The Tamil teacher (again sorry for not getting the name) who is an ardent follower of Mahadevan and used to crack so called dirty jokes! And, finally, the giant plumpy guy, who never had neck, used to teach History and Geography!? Rememebr these few noble good men?
Dunno what happened to guys - Senthil Nayagam, Samuel, Lakshmanan, Thirunavakarasu, V Srini(crckiet gy) - All these are Thirunagar gangsters!! I still remember most of the class-mates.
40yrs passed!! Vow!! Time flies! Amazing to see our kids growing fast in front of us!
